SARTOMER COMPANY, Exton, PA, USA — John A. “Jack” Potts, senior vice president, business management, sales and marketing, has announced his retirement. He was a key member of the management team, which guided the company through a significant growth period with acquisitions, sales and restructurings during the 1980s. Nicholas Trainer, president of specialty chemicals manufacturer Sartomer Company, a division of TOTAL’s Chemicals branch, has retired from the company. He joined Sartomer in 1969 as a technical sales representative. He was named general manager in 1975 and promoted to president the following year. Luigi Colantuoni, vice president of TOTAL’s Atotech Far East, was named Trainer’s successor.
